Each ceremony I conduct, is a heart-felt and sincere celebration of life.
Families can be spread throughout the country or even the world. It often takes a birth, marriage or death to bring everyone together. We celebrate the milestones of our lives, which also serve as opportunities to make wonderful memories that bind us together.
I know that if something is to be meaningful it must be created especially for you. So however you imagine your ceremony to be, because I'm an old romantic, I'll work hard to realise your dreams. The three of us (yes, grooms are very actively involved too) will work closely to weave together: music or songs; poems or readings; symbolic rituals etc. creating your unique ceremony.
How I work.....
I make your ceremony as stress-free for you as possible. The key to achieving this is meticulous planning. So,
I’ll meet with you/Skype for a chat to get to know you a little. Together we’ll chat about what type of ceremony you want: formal or informal; traditional or contemporary; serious or humorous ceremony; or a mix.
We'll discuss poems, prayers, songs, music, hymns, readings etc. and who will read them - its nice when family or friends get involved. Pets are welcome too!
We’ll plan the general order together and then I’ll provide you with a detailed draft for your approval.
On the day, I arrive early to check all is well. I find you both and say hi and also double check whether anything has changed in our plan. I say hello to your parents, your bridesmaids/flower girls, your bestman/groomsman/page boy, your photographer, the people doing readings or song etc, the wedding planner/venue owner and anyone else who is involved with the ceremony. If, before you make that final decision to use me, you need more information or have any questions please don't hesitate to send me an email by clicking here. I check emails daily. And you can watch my blog about how to find the celebrant that's right for you.
Why use me?
Come and read my testimonials. I work hard to make each ceremony special and the testimonials let you see what people think of me; it's better than me telling you!
